About the Opportunity

Successful Candidates must be able to perform the following

• Proficiently diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC environmental systems up to 250-tons in size and larger.
• Process Refrigeration experience is a PLUS
• Maintain and promote the use of System Enhancements and Indoor Air Quality products
• Self-starter who has capability and drive to generate service repairs and workflows
• Ability to run Industrial and large commercial HVAC project installations and upgrades
• SPOT the OPPORTUNITY to educate and provide customers with energy saving options and solutions to customer issues.
• Promote customer enrollment in our Maintenance Program.
• Assist in the training and development of current apprentices and other technicians in the trade.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a service technician role in the HVAC Industry.
• Candidate should possess general knowledge and understanding of HVAC duct systems and airflow.
• Candidate should be EPA Certified
• Candidate should be registered with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation as a Service Technician
